What You Should Know

Discover the Luxury of Art Body Spa! Below, we have included some things you should know about our beauty spa.

  • Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy

    • Effective March 1, 2023, any established client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted us with at least 24-hour notice will be considered a No Show and charged a $50.00 No Show Fee.
    • If an established client fails to cancel/reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a $50.00 No Show Fee will be automatically charged from the client's credit card provided at the time of the booking.
    • As a courtesy, when time allows, we make reminder calls/text messages for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above Policy will remain in effect.

Our Booking Policy

When you schedule an appointment with Art Body Spa, we reserve enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
